CONFERENCE BRANDING. VIDEO. PACKAGING.
AIG Cx Summit
Over the years AIG gained a bad reputation for poor customer experience. To change this, they had to make changes from within. To kick off their various initiatives they held a company wide conference that showed the employee what great customer experience looked and felt like. Through attention to every detail, we provided them with an experience that shook the core of how they did business.

Event Branding
For the branding, a logo, illustrations, and a graphical texture were developed. The concept behind the logo aimed to illustrate that there are two facets of customer experience, internal and external. These intersect and intertwine to create the complete experience.

Presentation Design

Guest Speak Gift
Every speaker was given a box featuring a personalized insert and design, which contained the book "The Moral Molecule: How Trust Works" by Paul J. Zak, our esteemed guest of honor.

Tabletop Designs
Our goal is to link the significant and impactful actions of AIG with a more human element for the company and its brand. To achieve this, we designed paper tablecloths for each table, incorporating language, symbols, and visuals to share stories that highlight the importance of relationships.

Window Clings
Our goal is for the first thing they notice to convey a powerful message. As they enter - with the tunnel entrance shaping their perspective - we want guests to read: There’s always a moment - it begins with you.

Conference Video
Throughout the area, screens displayed an animated video showcasing all the infographics from the tabletop designs.

CX Awards
AIG aimed to recognize employees who achieved the highest customer satisfaction ratings, as well as those who proactively worked to enhance the customer experience across the organization.
